How to make mirror glaze
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of water
200 gm condensed milk
15 gm gelatine (soak it in 80 gm of cold water)
2 cups of white chocolate chips
2 drops liquid gel color
1) Mix sugar, water and condensed milk in a bowl and heat it on low flame.
2) After heating, bring it down and add gelatine to the mixture. Stir it well.
3) Pour this mixture immediately into 2 cups of white chocolate chips and stir it well.
4) Add 2 drops of required color into the ready mixture and apply it on the cake
Note- For multiple color shades divide the mixture into different bowls and add color. Apply it.
